Ethan Cohen is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, technology, and service companies. Known for driving successful transformations and strategic exits, Ethan has held key roles across a range of industries.

He currently serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at JumpStart and UH Ventures, the CEO of Hemaptics, a blood management solution, and the CFO of Land Energy, a manufacturer of electric motorcycles. Previously, as CEO of Turning Technologies, a leading provider of interactive engagement and assessment solutions, Ethan transformed the company into a SaaS business model, expanded its mobile capabilities, and led its sale to a private equity firm. Before that, he was CEO of Easy2 Technologies, a provider of interactive merchandising solutions, which was acquired by Answers Corporation. As the Chief Technology Officer of MedQuist, the world’s largest medical transcription service, Ethan helped grow the company to a $2B valuation, ultimately leading to its sale to Royal Philips. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, an international management consulting firm.

Ethan holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Distinction, and an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
